You could just use a Pvp character instead of wasting cash/money on insignias ext.PLUS it seems as those your unexpeirenced pvp wise so maybe you won't like shock/axe meaning even more that you should roll a pvp character to try shock/axe out first.

Dunno it's preference.
Survivor insignias, sup vigor, axe+1 on axe head, str+1 anywhere, vitae, reduce blind rune.

Stonefist Insignia-increase knockdown.
Maybe attunement and radiant for larger energy pool to deal with exhaustion from shock

Everyone likes shock axe!
Most people run: 4 radiants, 1 stonefist (insignias)
Sup Vigor, Axe+1, Str+1, Cripple, Blind (runes)

for insignia, Stonefist on one of gloves/helm/boots
Radiant on rest. Shockaxe is the one of the few builds that could really use that high energy cap, for dealing with exhaustion.
Rune-wise, go Minor Axe, Minor Strength, Superior Vigor, and Reduce Blind/Weakness. The last rune is up to you - Reduce Cripple or Vitae most likely, as long as you don't waste it on Absorption you're ok.

Um, high energy is useful if you're going to spam the hell out of shock. Vitae is much better for all around.

i think a warrior can handle a superior or major axe mastery considering most teams dont go after warriors and if they frenzy they're dead anyways

The point is that a critical hit at 14 axe mastery does 59(correct me if I'm wrong), which doesn't trigger spirit bond.

25 Energy is good:P So on all survivor but head chest and legs. Get a stonefist on head and radiant on chest and legs. 1+1 axe, minor str, sup vig, 2x vitea.
Tips to play:
Dont spam shock, just use it for snare/spike. Switch on prot. Try not to overextend too much. Punish enemy team on any position mistakes. Enjoy.

Sentinels insignias or dreadnoughts if your not using 13str. and ofc you want stonefist insignia on either your legs or arms.
Radiants is extremely bad and 20AL>>>>>>>>>>>>35HP.
You want minor axe, minor strength, sup vigor, clarity rune (reduced blind) and either sup abs or a vitae.

I don't run radiants and I'm fine, but then I use shock properly too, so yeah.
Pack a second weapon set with a Zealous Axe, swap to it if need be and Frenzy, get yourself back up to the whole 10 enrgy you left after spamming Shock for no reason very quickly.

Only 13 str? why not go for 15, more strength = stronger warrior = good.
